Meet Lisa Adams, Owner/Operator of Tahoe City’s The Store Copies & More & Tahoe City Local.
Born in Walnut Creek, Lisa moved to North Lake Tahoe at only 12-years-old and attended North Tahoe High School. (Go Lakers!)
Lisa began her career at The Store in June 1998, under the ownership of Marilyn & Ron Treabess. Lisa quickly became the manager and in January 2009 she purchased The Store and moved it from its previous location next to Safeway to its current location in downtown.
Lisa loves life at The Store & Tahoe City because of the people, including the amazing relationships she has created with her customers…and just watching her community grow.
Over the years, Lisa has given back to her community through her service on the North Tahoe Boosters Club, Fan Club, Concerts at Commons Beach Sponsor, Board Member of the North Lake Tahoe Snowfest! and much more!
When not working, you can find Lisa cross country skiing, enjoying food and friends at Za’s, Tahoe Blue Agave & Moe’s Original BBQ – Tahoe City, spending time with her son Jonathan Daniel, three half sisters and new cocker spaniel puppy Brandi or cheering on her favorite sports team – the San Francisco Giants.
Unfortunately, after over eight years in its current downtown location, The Store is looking for a new Tahoe City home this winter.
