John Lincoln
John LincolnBoard Member
John Lincoln a three-time entrepreneur and current business owner of Tahoe Dave’s Skis and Boards. He has experience as an operator in growth, operations, and community impact. I am looking to drive meaningful change and help shape the future of Tahoe City.

Growing up in Daytona Beach, Florida, I developed a deep love for skiing during annual trips to South Lake Tahoe to visit family. My goal growing up was always one day to make Tahoe my permanent home. In 2011, I made that dream a reality, moving to Tahoe City to join my future wife, who was already part of the local community.
After marrying at Sand Harbor, my wife and I were recruited by a private equity firm to build a healthcare company on the East Coast in Philadelphia. Despite our time away, Tahoe remained home in our hearts. That connection led us back to the region, where we recently acquired Tahoe Dave’s, further deepening our commitment to the local ski community. We now reside in Truckee and have an 11 year old daughter.
I am passionate about preserving and enhancing the unique character of our town, supporting outdoor recreation, and contributing to the continued success of the local economy. With my diverse professional experience and lifelong love for the mountains, I am excited about the opportunity to serve on the board and help shape the future of our community.
