North Lake Tahoe continues to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak with guidance from local and state officials, along with tourism industry partners to ensure the most accurate and timely information is provided to visitors on this topic.
The safety of our visitors and local community are of the utmost importance to North Lake Tahoe. Placer County Public Health is closely monitoring an outbreak of respiratory illness caused by a novel (new) coronavirus. We are actively working with our partners in healthcare, education and beyond to respond.
Everyone is required to stay home except to get food, care for a relative or friend, get necessary health care, or go to an essential job. If you go out, keep at least 6 feet of distance.
