The Tahoe City Downtown Association (TCDA) is now accepting applications for its Board of Directors, and we’re looking for passionate, community-minded individuals who want to help shape the future of Tahoe City, the West Shore and Alpine Meadows.
Board members serve two-year terms beginning in January and play a key role in guiding TCDA’s mission, programs, and strategic direction. Directors must commit to attending monthly board meetings from September through June and serving on at least one committee. The minimum time commitment is about 4 hours per month.

To serve on the Board, applicants must be current members in good standing. If you’re not yet a member or need to renew, you can learn more about membership at northtahoecommunityalliance.com. We encourage applicants to review TCDA’s mission and Strategic Plan at VisitTahoeCity.org to better understand our priorities for economic vitality, community engagement, event development, and destination stewardship.

Board members represent Tahoe City (including Dollar Hill and Lake Forest), the West Shore, Alpine Meadows and the Truckee River Corridor to the Nevada County line.
