Join Humane Society of Truckee Tahoe and the River Ranch Lodge for the silliest and splashiest race around, the 15th Annual Truckee Duckee Derbee!

Racing ducks are ready to compete in the 15th annual event. Sponsor a duck for $10.00* starting at 1:00 pm on Sunday, June 24th. The popular Dogs in Dudz costume parade will take place at around 2:00 with the duck race taking off at approximately 3:00 pm. An amazing raffle ($1.00 tickets or 6 for $5.00) rounds out an incredible afternoon with prizes including sporting goods and lift tickets. Raffle begins right after duck race.

The atmosphere at the Truckee Duckee Derbee is super family friendly with live music, yummy barbecued burgers, beautiful scenery and cold drinks. We hope you’ll join us!

* Winning ducks (1st through 3rd) will win a cash prize determined by how many ducks are sponsored at the event. Each sponsored duck, including online sales, also comes with one (1) raffle ticket. Participants must be present to win all raffles prizes except the raffle grand prize. You do not need to be present to win the duck race.
