Whether you are new to mountain bike riding or experienced with limited coaching, this beginner clinic focuses on mountain bike essentials, specifically geared towards women. Practice drills to create better spatial awareness on your bike, explore bike/body separation, and improve your ability to dynamically maintain balance and stability on your bike. This clinic concludes with yoga on the deck, targeting cycling-specific muscles and joints that are especially useful practices to help female riders.

Cost: $95 per participant

Registration closes on Thursday, August 6th, at 5:00pm. Pre-registration is required to help us ensure a 6:1 student-to-instructor ratio, as well as to inform all participants of required safety precautions. Drop-ins are not permitted. Full details at TahoeXC.org
