Tahoe Trunk Show | Ryan Salm
TCDA needs your help to support a thriving Tahoe City, West Shore & Alpine Meadows. Here’s some tips to help make our shops move welcoming to visitors:
- Stay open until 6 or 7 on Friday & Saturday. People are looking to shop.
- Participate in activations that TCDA promotes like Holly Jolly Strolls, 2nd Fridays, Opening Weekend on the Lake & others. Details here
- Do something festive during these events
- Have snacks & drinks; host a raffle or giveaway; have live music; have a fun game; make a selfie station, etc.
- Maintain consistent hours, particularly in the winter.
- Decorate for the seasons and events to make town festive.
- Post the TCDA event flyers & share with visitors. Email tcda@visittahoecity.com if you want to have us deliver the flyer to you.
- Sponsor TCDA events with product or gift certificates for giveaways.
- Volunteer. Your input & ideas are valuable.
- Subscribe & read TCDA newsletters.
