🎆 Tahoe City lit up the night! 🎆

This year’s 4th of July was one for the books — the long-awaited return of the fireworks over the lake brought the community and visitors together for a spectacular celebration for the 77th fireworks show. ✨ From family-friendly fun during the day to the brilliant fireworks finale, the energy downtown was electric.

Tahoe City Downtown Association hosted a Family Fun Zone at Heritage Plaza, with partners across Tahoe City hosting live music, face painting, and fireworks viewing parties.

🚍 Getting here was a breeze — our free holiday transit carried a record-breaking 1,100 passengers between Tahoe City, Olympic Valley, Kings Beach, and the West Shore, keeping traffic light and spirits high funded by the TOT-TBID Dollars at Work program.

A big thanks to everyone who joined us, supported local businesses, and made memories under the stars. Special shoutout to our partners Palisades Tahoe and TNT-TMA for providing our transit services and the volunteers who kept the celebration moving smoothly. 💙
