Within this wellness retreat you will have time to re-connect with the wisdom of your body through guided meditation, yoga, and self-reflection. You will gain a deeper understanding of the basic pillars of health and wellbeing in Lake Tahoe.
Wellness begins with understanding the many dimensions of your life that impact your health and wellbeing. We will explore these dimensions so that you will have a better understanding of the steps needed to become your best self. You will leave the retreat with a plan for achieving your health and wellness goals using evidence-based strategies. You will develop skills to better understand and change behavior patterns that are no longer supporting you. Following the retreat, you will have the opportunity to engage in group coaching sessions that will continue to support you on your pathway to wellbeing.
