Call in the long days of summer with Summer Solstice Yoga with Tahoe City’s premier studio, the Yoga Room. In Yogic philosophy, solar energy resides and is expressed in the heart. Poses, breath, and intention will be founded in the heart space as we bring in the collective healing of ourselves and the community. All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat and any props you like to use.
