Ladies, which of your mountain bike skills could use a confidence boost? The best way to build confidence is through skill building. Let’s make a plan to get you charging on your bike safely and confidently. You will learn the correct movement patterns to get your desired bike performance. Progressive drills will hone these movement patterns in your muscle memory. Begin this clinic with half hour of yoga, followed by skills and drills. Finally, see what you can apply on the trail with a short guided ride.
