After a half-hour yoga warm-up, get right into the nitty-gritties of wheel lifts. Designed for beginner riders and experienced riders who’ve had limited coaching, this clinic begins with key fundamental movements, then moves on to a variety of techniques for lifting your front and rear wheels. Mastering wheel lifts allows you to have better control of your suspension and is the foundation for learning jumps and drops. This clinic ends with a guided ride, where you can practice your skills alongside your instructor.
