In Loving Memory of Raymond Kenneth Elam
It is with heavy hearts that we remember our dear friend and cherished member of our community, Ray Elam, who left us unexpectedly on July 26th, 2022. Ray was a dedicated soul who served our community diligently as a valued member of the Tahoe City Downtown Association. He lovingly cared for the hanging baskets of flowers that adorned our sidewalks in Tahoe City, earning him the affectionate nickname, “the flower man.”
We invite you to join us in honoring Ray’s remarkable life and the beauty he brought to our town. Please join us for a special memorial gathering on Sunday, October 1st, from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM at Za’s Lakefront, where we will celebrate Ray’s enduring legacy.
In addition to sharing memories and stories about Ray, we encourage you to bring a musical instrument if you’d like. Let us come together to pay tribute to a wonderful soul who left an indelible mark on our hearts.
