According to the Sacramento Business Journal, the three most expensive homes sold in the Sacramento/Tahoe region this year are in Tahoe City and the West Shore, each fetching more than $10 million.

At the top of the list: 1970 W. Lake Blvd. in Tahoe City, which sold for $17.5 million. TCDA Premier member OLIVER LUXURY REAL ESTATE was the listing office.

The region’s second most expensive home was at 6900 W. Lake Blvd. in Tahoma. TCDA member Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer and the seller.

The region’s third most expensive home was 4250 W. Lake Blvd. in Homewood, which sold for $11 million. TCDA Premier member Tahoe Luxury Properties represented the seller in the transaction.
