The TCDA is a non-profit, 501 C6 corporation comprised of local merchants, property owners, community associations, residents, professionals, and contributors who are committed to working together to formulate, direct, and forge a sound and prosperous future for Tahoe City and the entire North Lake Tahoe area.
We welcome your participation and invite you to get involved in supporting the TCDA and its goals. Your support as a member, sponsor, and/or volunteer is vital to the success of our organization and of Tahoe City.

Ashley Anderson Office Manager
Originally from New Hampshire, Ashley found her way to Tahoe in 2012. A true nature enthusiast, she thrives amidst Tahoe’s stunning vistas, finding inspiration and rejuvenation in its boundless beauty. Bringing a fusion of expertise in restaurant management, marketing, and event coordination, Ashley injects a dynamic energy into her role at the Tahoe City Downtown Association. With an unwavering commitment to growth and innovation, Ashley embraces every opportunity to expand her skill set and make a lasting impact. Her dedication to serving the community brings a fresh perspective and innovative solutions to her role here at Tahoe City Downtown Association.
Sarah Winters Unbound Communications
Sarah Winters is an east coast transplant living in North Lake Tahoe and working within the North Lake Tahoe tourism community for over 12 years. Sarah is a creative and energetic professional, who launched her career in regional event planning before diving into tourism marketing, most recently leading the sales team at the North Lake Tahoe Community Alliance for over 7 years. From here, she took her expertise and started Unbound Communications, focusing on digital, communication, and tourism solutions for small businesses throughout the region.

TCDA membership offers a variety of exclusive benefits including discounted advertising, high-profile sponsorship opportunities, and educational and consulting opportunities. In addition to the signature annual events that continue to drive business to Tahoe City, the TCDA supports partner events, boosts volunteerism, and continues commercial programs and advocacy on behalf of our members and community. We are always hard at work planning and promoting our events and services, and there are plenty of opportunities for members to share their time and expertise.
Your sponsorship commitment to one (or more!) of TCDA’s signature events is critical to Tahoe City’s success and vibrancy and will ensure that these events can continue in the coming years. Your business will get valuable exposure to the community. We have many sponsorship options available or we can help you create your own custom sponsorship package.
Because Tahoe City Downtown Association is a not-for-profit organization, volunteers are critical to our success in making Tahoe City a vibrant and prosperous place for local businesses, residents, and visitors alike. We need volunteers of all ages year-round for our events, such as Concerts at Commons Beach, the Fourth of July Fireworks Show, and Tahoe City Oktoberfest. Additionally, if you would like to offer professional services or other forms of support, we’d love to hear from you.
